Introduction
Cellulase is produced by cultivation of Trichoderma reesen, deep fermentation, then purification and formulation. It works effectively over a wide temperature and pH range.
Application
Used in beer brewing, reduce the viscosity of wort, promote the release of starch and improve the extraction rate; used in food processing, improve the texture and nutritional value of food.
