Gelatin, CAS 9000-70-8, is a mixture of peptides and proteins derived from hydrolysis of collagen, available as yellow or yellowish granular. Gelatin is an essential ingredient in gelling food. The Halal certified beef gelatin is specially produced for using in Islamic food. Our Halal gelatin is fully derived from beef and strictly manufactured in accordance with Halal practice.
