Gelatin, CAS 9000-70-8, is a mixture of peptides and proteins derived from hydrolysis of collagen, available as Yellow or yellowish granular. Gelatin is an essential ingredient in gelling food. The Kosher certified fish gelatin is specially produced for using in Jewish food. Our Kosher gelatin is fully derived from fish and strictly manufactured in accordance with Kosher practice.
