Job Description
- We are looking for research scientists with professional knowledge in food preservation research, especially in fruits and vegetables, meat products, dairy products, fresh food preservation and other related fields.
- Candidates with complete research experience in relevant projects are preferred.
- Candidates should have rich working experience in relevant food companies/scientific research institutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the research team to develop the food preservation formula and design and implement the research scheme for the customer's projects.
- Timely grasp the latest progress in food preservation and explore projects that can be developed.
- Supervise, mentor and cross-train other scientists within the research group.
- Effectively eliminate and solve problems that hinder the successful development of research projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
- A minimum of 2 year of working experience in relevant food research and development companies or food preservation research institutions.
- Proficient in food preservation research.
- Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
