Job Description
- We are looking for sales managers who can actively promote the sales of research products and services related to food preservation.
- Our products include various reagents and natural extracts for food preservation, including antioxidants, preservatives, enzymes and proteins. Our service is mainly to provide comprehensive solutions for food quality improvement and preservation by using various biotechnology, including formula development based on multiple functional ingredients (natural antibacterial substances, natural antioxidant substances, etc.), nanotechnology, genetic engineering technology, coating technology development and application, etc.
- Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales of food preservation related products and the completion of projects.
- Measure the productivity of sales personnel to ensure the effective implementation of the established strategy.
- Identify, nurture and respond to opportunities for new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
- Eliminate and eliminate problems that hinder sales operation plan and project implementation plan.
- Effectively coordinate sales operation activities with other functional departments, including service, consulting and market analysis, as required.
- Cross functional collaboration to properly utilize internal resources.
- Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
- Knowledgeable in food preservation and storage research, candidates with food preservation experiment or project experience are preferred.
- With great potential for success in the sales of food preservation products and services and promotion of project completion.
- Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit, cooperative behavior and excellent negotiation skills.
- With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
- Proficient in teamwork environment.
