Sugar Esters

Sugar Esters, CAS 37318-31-3, are 18 composed of sucrose fatty acid esters, available as white powder. With better solubility in hot water, Sugar Esters is widely used as emulsifier. It is affirmed by US Food and Drug Administration as GRAS (generally recognized as safe) and widely accepted as safe food additive in many countries with E number E473.
