Job Description
- We are looking for technical scientists to establish a technical platform for food preservation related research, promote its implementation, provide technical support, and solve technical problems encountered in research projects.
- Candidates should have rich working experience in relevant food preservation technology companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce food preservation biotechnology to our research platform.
- Promote technological innovation and establish a new biotechnology platform with potential application value in food preservation research.
- Cooperate with the research team to support better adaptation of food preservation-related biotechnology.
- Independent application of technical knowledge to promote the development and implementation of new unique concepts, technologies and standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant biotech companies.
- Proficient in food preservation research.
- Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
- Proficient in food preservation related biotechnology, such as nanotechnology, coating technology, antibacterial technology, genetic engineering technology, etc.
- Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
