Technical Specialist - Food Nutrition/Science/Engineering
Job Description
- We are looking for technical specialist to establish a technical platform for food development related research, promote its implementation, provide technical support, and solve technical problems encountered in research projects.
- Candidates should have rich working experience in relevant food development and innovation technology companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify technologies for food development, testing, characterization, validation, formulation and introduce them into our research platforms.
- Drive technological innovation and establish novel technology platforms with potential applications in food development and innovation research.
- Collaborate with research teams to support better application of food innovation technologies in client projects.
- Independent application of technical knowledge to promote the development and implementation of new unique concepts, technologies and standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 year of working experience in relevant food research and development companies or food preservation testing institutions.
- Proficient in food ingredient extraction and characterization techniques, food genetic engineering techniques and food formulation techniques, etc.
- Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
- Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
